Action week History
Action Week
is a nine day long community summer festival featuring
activities and fun for the entire family. Includes gigantic kick-off
concert, boardwalk busker festival, sports tournaments, night light parade,
cultural and historical programs, children's festival, waterfront concerts,
fireworks display and much more.
Action Week
started in 1974 with a few events, and over the past three decades, has
grown into a major Island attraction. Time flies when you’re having fun!
Be part of the fun and excitement as Sydney’s summer festival, ACTION WEEK,
unfolds.
Meet new friends, renew old acquaintances and enjoy good times and good
memories during Action Week 2010.

08/04 - Due to the Rain this AM the Doll Carriage & Bicycle Parade (Promenade on the Boardwalk) scheduled for today at 2:00 p.m. on the Sydney Boardwalk has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled.
